On April 30, 2016 Library Workers held a "teddy bear picket" as part of our bargaining campaign for that year's round of contract negotiations. It was a family friendly event with facepainting, music, readings by children's authors, and of course lots of teddy bears as giveaways!

A Highlights from 2016 bargaining:
- Fought off the Toronto Public Library's attempts to impose a sunset clause to prevent hundreds of workers in achieving job security, which would have created a two-tier contract
